摘 要:Wheat is an important food crop and the timing of flowering is the key stage for the transformation from vegetative to reproductive growth *** clock is the central part of photoperiod regulation and Pseudo-Response Regulators(PRR) are key components of circadian ***,little is known about the effects of PRR family members on yield-related traits of crop *** this study,we reported polymorphisms and haplotypes of TaPRR1 and demonstrated that natural variations of TaPRRl associated with significant differences on yield-related traits including plant height,thousand grain weight and heading *** localization and transcriptional activity analysis showed that TaPRRl is a nuclear localization protein with transcriptional activity controlled by CCT *** addition,geographical distribution analysis indicated that TaPRR1 haplotypes showed distinctive characteristics in different agro-ecological production ***,assessment of the distribution frequency of TaPRR1 haplotypes suggested that TaPRR1 underwent selection during wheat breeding *** study will provide basis for indepth understanding of the function of TaPRR1 on yield-related traits of wheat,as well as establish a theoretical guidance for wheat molecular marker-assisted breeding.
