摘 要:Objective This study is to demonstrate the biological efficacy of scaffolds used for regenerative medicine strongly correlates with its local (microscopic) stiffness. Methods This demonstration has been carried out through investigating the osteogenic potential of dental follicle stem cells (DFSCs) grown within fibrous scaffolds.
