摘 要:DNA logic gate has been developed to be a prospective focus since the molecular material circuits overcome the miniaturization limitations of traditional silicon-based electronics,integrated ***,the number of logic gates accomplished by most existing DNA logic gate systems is quite limited,consequently hampering the construction of more complex iogic ***,application of intciligent detection schemes and logic circuit constructions acted as two directions in logic gate.A new platform technology is herein described with which to construct molecular logic gates by employing the split G-quadruplex-combined molecular beacon probe as a basic work *** basic logic gates(OR,AND,and XOR),combinatorial gates(INHIB1 T-OR).were readily achieved by taking this DNA spilt G-qwadruplex molecular beacon as a universal ***,a logic gate system for identification of multiple of three from natural numbers was established successfully by employing only this novel platform and four short single-stranded DNA.
