TRERNA1 function as an enhancer of SNAI1 promotes gastric cancer metastasis by regulating EMT

摘 要:Long noncoding RNA(IncRNA) has been implicated in cancer,little is known about the role of IncRNAs as regulators of tumor *** present study,we demonstrate that IncRNA TRERNA1 acts like an enhancer of SNAI1 to promote the cell invasion and migration and contribute to metastasis of gastric cancer(GC).TRERNA1 is significantly unregulated in GCs and GC cell *** TRERNAl is positively correlated with lymph node metastasis of *** and ChIP assay revealed that TRERNA1 function as a scaffold to recruit EZH2 to epigenetic silence epithelial-mesenchymal transition marker CDHl by H3 K27 me3 of its promoter ***1 knockdown markedly reduced GC cell migration,invasion,tumorigenicity and *** of TRERNAl reduced cell metastasis of GCs in *** together,our findings indicated that TRERNA1 serve as a critical effector in gastric cancer progression by regulating CDH1 in transcription ***’s implied that TRERNA1/CDH1 is a new potential target for gastric cancer therapy.
