摘 要:The indoles are key structural component of molecules with interesting bioactive and pharmaceutical properties,and also original scaffolds in natural products,agrochemicals and organic materials.1-2 In this paper,a simple and practical Cs2 CO3-promoted method for the synthesis of 6-nitroindole derivatives from enaminones and nitroaromatic compounds has been *** C-C and C-N bonds formed in a highly regioselective manner under transition-metal free conditions.
