摘      要:Highly synergistic dispersible graphene/sulfonated carbon nanotubes(G:SCNT)with interpenetrating conductive network structure has been coated on poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) to fabricate PEDOT:PSS/G:SCNT transparent conductive electrode(TCE).SCNT may play an important role in not only suppressing the agglomeration and overlapping of pristine graphene,but also bridging graphene sheets to improve the interlamellar ***:PSS/G:SCNT possessing improved conductivity(2645 S·cm-1) and transmittance(5%),superior hole mobility(5.04×10-4 cm2/V·s),suitable work function(4.93 eV) and favorable morphology can not only replace indium tin oxide(ITO) as TCE to realize device efficiency achieving 5.8%with an effective area of 15mm2,but also simplify the device structure(TCE/active layer/metal electrode).Moreover,a large-scale,flexible and robust PET/PEDOT:PSS/G:SCNT electrode has been fabricated by doctor-blading *** from preferable transmittance and conductivity comparable to commercial PET/ITO,PETVPEDOT:PSS/G:SCNT exhibits excellent mechanical flexibility and durability under bending 500 cycles,which is superior to that of PET/***,this approach provides a reliable royal road for realizing the commercial production of large-scale TCE to replace ITO.
