The effect of MM content in the magnetic(NdMM)FeB casting strips on microstructure and macroscopic properties

摘 要:The MM substituted[NdMM]FeB casting strips were prepared with induction melting and strip casting *** saturation magnetization(Ms) and saturation magnetic field(Hs) decreased with the MM content(x).Microstructure and properties of magnetic(NdMM)FeB casting strips could be influenced by the MM *** the more MM substitution in(NdMM)FeB casting strips,XRD analysis showed that the main phase MM2Fe14)B was more difficult to derive and La2O3 and CeFe2 phases coexisted in MMFeB(when x=1) casting *** x was more than 0.6,the saturation magnetization(Ms) decreased ***,the saturation magnetic field(Hs) dropped *** intrinsic coercivity of sintered magnets made of these casting strips would come down quickly as well,which is due to the distribution of La/Ce/Pr/Nd element in the different regions.
