Effect of Complex Biomembranes in repairing periodontal tissue defect

摘 要:Objective:The ideal therapy of periodontitis is to rebuild periodontal tissue physiological structure and *** recent years,studies of periodontal therapy using tissue engineering offer new ideas for realizing it. Tissue engineering includes three aspects,this study mainly chose periodontal ligament cells(PDLCs),collagen(Co),poly lactic acid/gather hydroxy-acetic acid cpolymers(PLGA)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP).PDLCs are the basic of periodontal tissue *** and Co have good biocompatibility,are often referred to as *** contains lots of platelet growth factors,which can effectively promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Methods:Synthesized PLGA membrane(0.5 mm thickness,5×2 mm), compounded with PDLCs in vitro for 3 *** Co(0.30-0.69 mm thickness) into 7×4 *** *** divided 60 adult male Wistar rats(6-8 weeks,160g-180g weight)into 5 groups,made mandible alveolar bone defect models(5×2×1 mm),Group A was control,Group B was PLGA+Co,Group C was PLGA+PRP+Co,Group D was PLGA+PDLCs+Co,Group E was PLGA+PDLCs+ PRP+*** 4 rats of each group to death at 2rd,4th and 6th week after operation,H-E dyed,observed the repairing effect of periodontal tissue defect. Results:The qualities of new bone formation of Group B,C,D and E were more than Group A,that of Group E were more than Group C and D,that of Group C and D were more than Group B,all of above had statistics meanings. Comparison between Group C and D had no statistically significance. Conclusions:PLGA+PDLCs+PRP+Co played significant role in promoting periodontal tissue growth,better than used PDLCs,scaffold and PRP sepatately.
