Empirical study of the cell proliferating effects after central nervous system injury

摘 要:正Damage to the central nervous system(CNS) results in a glial reaction,leading eventually to the formation of a glial *** astrocytes are the major components of glia *** precursor cells,briefly OPCs,are the fifth element in the CNS,in addition to neurons,astrocytes,oligodendrocytes and ***,there has not been much research on the reaction of OPCs in CNS *** indicated that many experimental brain injury can arouse the proliferation of NSC in distant SVZ and SGZ,and these cells have the ability to differentiate into astrocyes as well as *** investigate the cell proliferating effects after central nervous system injury,we use unilateral eye ball enucleation of adlut rats as the CNS injury *** then detect the changes of GFAP,NG2 IR cells in contralateral superior colliculus at different time *** addition we use BrdU labelling method to detect the proliferation of BrdU IR cells in the injury place,dentate gyrus and *** with BrdU/GFAP,BrdU/DCX immunofluorescence double labelling, we further investigate the differentiation of the proliferating ***-four hours after unilateral eye ball enucleation the immunostaining of GFAP and NG2 in contralateral superior colliculus increased obviously,the staining progressively increased during 24 h to 1 week and reached the top at 1 *** then decrease slowly in the following two *** GFAP IR astrocytes and NG2 IR OPCs react to unilateral eye ball enucleation,which indicate that contralateral superior colliculus do undergo an injury reaction after unilateral eye ball *** successfully established a new,easy CNS injury model by enucleate the eye ball of the adult *** the same time we confirmed that except reactive astrogliosis, OPCs are activated in CNS *** reactive gliosis,CNS injury can also initiate the proliferating of BrdU IR cells in the injury place,dendrate gyrus and *** number of BrdU IR cells in contr
