摘      要:正The CCD sensor must output low noise in high performance cooling ICCD system. The driving circuit system of CCD make more affects to the CCD’s noise. Three facts of CCD’s driving circuit can be achieved through careful analysis that includes the phase of drive clock group, the voltage level of drive clock and clock’s rising time and fall time. Starting from three facts and showing how to design clock circuit in this paper under the CCD model KA11003M produced by Kodak Corp.
