摘      要:Study the influence of different static electric field intensity on the growth of Esoherichia coli. The static electric field of 3V and 24V were put on the big testing tubes ( Ф= 30mm) that were used to culture E. coli. Measure the absorbency and bacterial colony numbers in the growth process of E. coli. At the same time, the shapes of E. coli under the action of 24V static electric field was observed and contrasted between testing tube and control tube through scanning electricity mirror (SEM) analysis. The growth of E. coli had been restrained during cultured- prophase under the experiment conditions. Stabilization growth period of E. coli was advanced respectively 2 hours and 4 hours under the action of static electric fields of 3V and 24V. E. coli appeared the second logarithm growth after the first stabilization period began 6h. That is growth remediation of bacterial thalli. And in the experimental conditions, the intensity of static electric field is in inverse ratio to the restoring speed. In addition, the thalli distortion of E. coli had been found under the experiment condition through Scanning electron microscope (SEM) photos. These can further show that the external low-voltage static electric field has some extent effect on the growth of E. coli. The low-voltage static electric field has restraint to the growth of E. coli.
