摘      要：Background:The hepatitis B virus X protein(HBx)contributes to malignant transformation of liver cells and amplication of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)signaling pathway might be involved in this ***-βsignaling pathway is considered to contribute to carcinoma progression by inducing the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and increasing cell invasiveness and ***,the mechanism by which HBx amplifies TGF-βsignal pathway remains unclear.
