摘      要:正Microdialysis sampling was investigated as a liquid-phase microextraction in the analysis of pesticide residual in tea water before GC/MS and GC/ECD *** pesticides,including bromopropylate, chiorfenapyr,chlorpyrifos,ethion and procymidone in tea water samples,were enriched in the LPME solvent by diffusing through a hollow fiber membrane under the optimal *** the extraction process of LPME, the extraction solvent was withdrew with micro-syringe plug and then injected into GC/MS and GC/ECD system for separation and *** affecting the efficiency of hollow-fiber protected LPME,such as extraction solvent,pH of tea samples,salt addition and extraction time,were investigated in detail to obtain an optimum *** results indicated that the extraction of 50 mL tea water,with a 17-cm length of membrane fiber and hexane as extraction solvent for 30 min achieved the best extraction efficiency of more than 80% recovery and less than 9% *** real samples were obtained from supermarket,and some of pesticides were measured in the amounts varied from 10.5-92μg/*** proposed method provided a simple and rapid procedure to collect pesticides from tea water samples by only using a few organic solvent.
