摘      要:Solution-processed zinc oxide(ZnO) thin film as an electron extraction layer in polymer solar cells(PSCs) with an inverted device structure has been *** improvement in power conversion efficiency (PCE) from 1.21%to 3.50%,fill factor(FF) from 0.37 to 0.62,open-circuit voltage(Voc ) from 0.43 V to 0.58V and short-circuit current density(Jsc) from 6.13mA/cm to 7.07mA/cm are observed from PSCs with ZnO
