摘      要：正The biocontrol potential of Chaetomium spirale ND35 against the Valsa Canker of apple tree was preliminarily *** results of dual culture on PDA plate showed *** ND35 showed strong antagonism against Valsa ceratosperma;the inhibition zone in the interaction area of the two colonies of *** and *** ND35 was observed;the crude extract of culture in Corn Steep Powder Broth was able to inhibit the mycelial growth of *** more effectively than that one in MEB（Malt Extract Broth）.The results of biocontrol in greenhouse and in the field indicated that the disease incidence of apple tree of the treatment with *** ND35 was lower significantly than other treatments,including treatment with *** alone,scald and healthy *** reisolation experiment suggested that C. spirale ND35 could colonize in stems and branches of apple trees successfully and the ND35 colonization rate of the treatment with solid wheat bran culture was at higher level than the corn steep powder *** the biocontrol effect in the field of liquid culture was better than the solid culture.
