摘 要:正Gab2作为细胞信号通路中一重要的连接蛋白,主要是通过一些细胞因子刺激酪氨酸磷酸化参与信号通路的调节作用。已有文献报道显示, Gab2可激活 PI-3K 和 MAPK 信号通路,调节造血细胞的迁移。利用 Gab2基因敲除鼠模型研究其生物学功能,结果表明 Gab2的缺失可导致严重的过敏反应;且可改变肥大细胞的发育。另
