摘 要:正The most exciting development in recent years regarding transducer materials is the discovery of relaxor-based ferroelectric single *** these rhombohedral phase single crystals being polarized along the pseudo-cubic[001]direction,their piezoelectric coefficient d33 can reach 2500 pC/N,which is 5 times that of PZT *** of the interesting physical phenomena observed in these domain-engineered crystals is the domain size dependence of piezoelectric *** work on domain engineered PZN-PT single crystals showed that the piezoelectric coefficient of crystals with different domain sizes could differ by 50%[1]and this size effect is getting stronger as the domain size approaching nanometer and *** have developed a theoretical model to interpret this domain size *** is well known that the lattice structure in the domain wall region is distorted so that the contribution of domain wall region will be different from that of the *** domain size means higher domain wall density or larger volume fraction of distorted regions in the multi-domain *** made a piezoelectric domain wall model,which can provide a quantitative explanation to the domain size dependence. Understanding the relationship between domain size and piezoelectric properties can guide us to optimize the material through domain structure control.
