摘      要:Bacteriohodopsin (bR), imbedded in purple membrane (PM) isolated from Halobactrerium salimarum, functions as a light-driven proton pump is capable of translocation of protons across the membrane in cell, thereby generates a substantial electrochemical gradient in presence of visible light. With labeled by biotin, the high oriented PM film can be self-assembled on the microcantilever surface to construct a hybrid device. Illuminated by visible light, the light-driven proton pump transports the proton from the solution toward the interface between microcantilever surface and PM, and the resulting gradient of proton induces the change of
