摘      要:In this paper, a rapid and effective high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, using tetraazacalix[2]arene[2]triazine-modified silica gel(NCSi) as solid-phase extraction(SPE) sorbent, was developed for the simultaneous determination of two kinds of sulfonamides antibacteric in environmental water. The homemade NCSi sorbent is a novel multi-interaction and mixed mode functionalized calixarene sorbent, which can enrich different classes of sulfonamides antibacteric. By examining the conditions of the amount of the SPE material, the p H of the solution, the volume of the solution and equilibrium time, we found the optimum SPE conditions. The recoveries of this method ranged from 81.86% to 98.2% and the limits of detection of this method which were determined with signal/noise ratios of 3 ranged from 1.30 to 3.60 ng/mL.
