摘 要：正The EST38 （CF653672） in the suppression subtractive hybridization library was located in the Scaffold 8253880, and close to the telomere. There are only 521 bp from 5’ UTR to the telomere after the complete gene sequences were cloned. Above results showed that EST38 gene is very close to the telomere, but it is functional, and expresses in cells growing vegetatively. Further, there are 81 scaffolds which have telomere sequences.
