The research on the reinforcing properties of surface modified silica to rubber nanocomposites

摘 要:As reinforcing filler, silica has a lot of silanol groups on the surface, and it shows polarity and poor dispersion in the rubber matrix. Because of the poor compatibility between silica and the rubber matrix,the interaction of rubber-filler is not strong and the formation of bound rubber is small. Through the liquid phase in-situ surface chemical modification, we synthetize the dispersibility nano-silica Si69 and M-2 modified nano silica by different modification ratio, and Si69 and M-2 are used to modified the nano silica. When modification ratio of Si69 and M-2 is 1:2, the dispersibility of silica in rubber is relatively superior, the mechanical properties of SSBR/BR/ nano-SiO2 are best, akron abrasion is smallest and the rolling resistance is lower, but the wet resistance is poorer, and when modification ratio of Si69 and M-2 is 1:1 to modify silica in-situ modification, the dynamic mechanical properties of rubber filled with silica are relatively good.
