摘 要:The B2/L2 order-disorder transition temperature and magnetic properties in NiMnGaAl (0≤x≤1) alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUID) *** of the crystal structures and microstructures of the specimens were performed by electron diffraction and transmission electron microscopic (TEM) *** was found that the transition temperature from the B2 to L2-type phase T monotonically increases with increasing x,while the Curie temperatures T of the L2-type phase are insensitive to x, being about 109℃ in a concentration range above x=*** B2-type phase with antiferromagnetic state is obtained by quenching above T in a concentration range below x=*** close correlation between the degree of long-range order and magnetic properties is also discussed.
