摘 要:A mixture of Ar and O glow discharge plasma is investigated by means of chemical kinetics. Using a Boltzmann solver and a kinetic model of 152 chemical reactions,we described the effects of different initial density ratio[Ar]:[O].The importance of individual reactions in different periods of discharge ignition was determined using differential weight factor.
