EFFECT OF PARYLENE LAYER ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICES

摘 要:A novel device using a 3nm parylene layer by low temperature chemical vapour deposition (CVD) method at the mode-organic interface was fabricated. The device showed a steeper Ⅰ-Ⅴcharacteristic, efficiency improved from 5.84 cd/A to 7.83 cd/A and brightness increased from about 30,000 cd/m to about 41,000 cd/m compared with the traditional structure devices. Due to parylene layer is conform coated, it can
