摘      要：正Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma（CLL/SLL） is the most common adult leukemia in United *** microarray studies indicated that the gene expression pattern resembles those normal memory B -cells. Cell origin of CLL appears to be memory or naive B - cells but still controversial. Study on the idiotype of IgV loci demonstrated that intrinsic and extrinsic antigen stimulation might play important role in the pathogenesis of CLL.
