摘 要:Objective The role of C-terminal Domain of ICA69(ICAC) in regulating trafficking of of PICK1-PKCa Complex and Cerebellar Plasticity remains *** experiments try to identify how the ICAC of ICA69 affect PICK1 trafficking and induction of long-term *** The interaction between ICA69 or ICAC and PICK1 was identified by co-immunoprecipition,immunostaining and FRET *** ICAC domain of ICA69 affects binding of PICK1-PKCa was measured by Time-lapse imaging *** proteins affects induction of long-term depression of Purkinje cells by electrophysiology *** ICAC inhibited the trafficking of PICK1 to the plasma membrane mediated by activated PKCa and the induction of long-term depression in cerebellar Purkinje *** ICAC is an important domain for ICA69-PICK1 interaction and plays an important role in PICK1-mediated neuronal plasticity.
