摘      要:In recent years, the strategy of using supercritical fluid (SCF) technology for crystal and particle engineering of pharmaceutical materials and drug delivery systems has been showing great promise. Supercritical precipitation or crystallization of drug and incorporation of drugs in a carrier using SCF has also become of interests. And these processes include rapid expansion of supercritical solutions (RESS), the batch and continuous gas anti-solvent (GAS) process and supercritical solution impregnation (SSI), even recently the solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluid (SEDS) used by A. M.
