摘 要：In this article, type II diabetes is discussed in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine(WM). In terms of WM, the factors causing type II diabetes include autoimmune, heredity, infection and double-hormone;TCM, exopathy, constitution, age, diet, emotion, overfatigue and drug, especially viscera fragile. While in pathogenesis, metabolism disorder (including dirturbance of glycometabolism, lipodystrophy, proteometabolism disorder and water-electrolyte imbalance), microcirculation dysfunction and pathogenic factor were concerned in terms of TCM and WM respectively. Thus based on the above analysis, treatments on the type II also include those of TCM and WM, especially the preparation of Tangniaojian pill made by author is emphasized.
