Acupuncture and Warm Acupuncture in Treating the Orthostatic Hypotension Due to Heart Blood Deficiency

摘      要：Objective:The goal of this study is to compare acupuncture（alone）and Warm Acupuncture to determine which is more effective in treating cardiovascular disease,caused by heart blood *** study aims to analyze how moxibustion and acupuncture can improves cardiovascular ***:60 patients with cardiovascular disease due to heart blood deficiency and abnormal rate of pulse were *** patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 receiving traditional acupuncture（treatment group）and 30 receiving acupuncture and moxibustion（control group）.Treatment were administered twice a week for 6 *** every subject,Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis method was used:inquiry,tongue diagnosis,listening and smelling,palpation（including pulse taking and body palpation）.The OHDAS（including OHS A）was employed as the main evaluation *** efficacy of both treatment methods was evaluated by comparing the parameters before and after treatment,in each *** safety of both treatments methods was evaluated by comparing any and all adverse reactions between both *** also used a secondary measurement for blood ***:The difference in age,sex,medical history,smoking,palpitations,abnormal heart rate BPM and OHQ before treatment had no statistical standing（P0.05）between both *** baseline of each group was consistent and *** difference in BPM and OHQ before and after treatments had a high statistical significance（P0.01）in both *** BPM’s and OHQ’s changes had no statistical relevance（P0.05）between each *** adverse reaction cases had no statistical relevance（P0.05）***:The results of this study showed that both acupuncture and warm acupuncture are effective and safe methods of treatment for orthostatic hypotension due to heart blood *** efficacy of treatments are of equal *** improvement of the Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment can be seen.
