摘 要:Recent years,due to the problems of energy crisis and environment pollution,new technologies for harvesting clean energy from environment have attracted more and more attentions such as solar cells [1],thermoelectric devices [2],mechanical generators[3].However,all these devices have to work in a specific environment,which greatly limits the sustained energy harvesting.
