摘 要：A new sesquiterpene trilactone, named bilobanol （1）, along with four known terpene trilactones （ginkgolide A, B, C and bilobalide） were isolated from the roots of Ginkgo biloba collected in Jiangsu Province, China. The structure elucidation was accomplished by 1D and 2D NMR methods, HR-ESI-MS, and CD spectrum.
