摘      要：BRCA1-deficient breast cancer cells are selectively vulnerable to classⅠhistone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitors via the mechanism,whereby HDAC inhibition enhanced the expression of the cellular pro-oxidant genes,causing the reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated DNA damage in cells.This effect induced preferential apoptosis in BRCA1-/-breast cancer cells where DNA repair system is compromised.
