摘 要：摘要目的评估乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)在荷兰的乳腺癌筛查质量评价中的适用性。方法对阿姆斯特丹地区(2005年11月—2006年7月)93793名女性筛查的数据进行回顾性分析。从筛查登记系统得到BI-RADS分级、影像诊断、年龄、最终诊断和最终的TNM分期。通过癌症登记系统筛查出乳腺新发癌。阿姆斯特丹地区在全国推广数字化乳腺摄影(2009—2010年)之前,作为试点采用BI-RADS。
