摘 要：Chinese experience in organ transplants began in late 1950s and today it is ranked second in the world in total organ transplantation after USA. In some key aspects such as liver transplantation, hmg transplantation and kidney transplantation, China has entered the ranks of international developed countries. The rapid development of medical science and facilities, the improvement of clinical skills and care to organ recipients significantly enhanced their survival time and chance. In China, the longest survival time of lung transplant recipients was 8 years, of liver transplant recipients was 13 years, and of kidney transplant recipients has reached 30 years,t31 60% or more patients after kidney transplantation will survive in the first 10 years, There is an increasing number of national and international academic exchanges about Chinese organ transplant work. However, at meantime, China has been one of the countries which are severely short of the organ donors.
