摘      要：Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the most important cereal crops in the *** attention has long been paid to the technique of protoplast culture of this *** to now, plantlet regeneration from protoplasts of anther-derived suspension cultures of wheat has been reported for the first time. In the present study, we have obtained numerous embryoids and plantlets from protoplasts of immature inflorescence-derived calli of spring wheat.
