摘 要:In the title compound, C 27 H 16 O, M r =356.42, orthorhombic, Pbcn, a=22.549(6), b=10.738(4), c=7.316(5), V=1771(2) 3, Z=4, D calc =1 336g/cm 3, F(000)=744, μ (Mo Kα )=0.08mm -1 and final R=0.041, R w =0.045 for 1009 reflections( I≥3.00σ(I )). The molecular structure of 7,9 diphenyl 8H cyclopentacenaphthylen 8 one(acecyclone) is symmetrical and each atom except two benzene rings lies approximately in the same plane.
