摘 要：Objective To study the characteristics and treatments of meningiomas in children. Methods 12 cases of meningiomas in children treated in Qilu hospital were analyzed retrospectively and the literature was reviewed. Resuits In this series of 12 cases, the ratio of boys and girls was 2 ： 1, the age ranged from 1.5 to 15 years （mean 11. 5 years）. Increased intracranial pressure was the most common symptoms and signs. The tumors were located in the convexity in 5, ventricles in 2, parasagittal, parafalcine and intraparenchymal regions in 1 respectively.
