摘 要:Abstract This article reviews the recent development of organic electron transport materials applied in the fields of organic photo-conductors, light-emitting diodes, field-effect transistors and solar cells. Several technologies for charge carrer mobility measurement aresummarized and compared, and a series of basic pareiples for designing high-performance organic electron transport materials are suggestedas well.
