摘 要:Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)hold great promise for the treatment of human diseases, including the failure of bone *** progress across the past three and half decades has brought us closer to making hematopoietic stem cells from iPSCs clinical solutions.A recent innovative two-step differentiation approach successfully generated transplantable HSCs from iPSC *** clinical translation, the long-term safety of these gene-altered HSCs must be determined.
