摘 要:The nickel sites of a D022-Ni3 V phase are subdivided into Ni1 and Ni2 sublattices according to their coordination sphere *** occupancy probability (OP) differences influenced by the coordination sphere are interpreted using the microscopic phase field *** OP of regular atoms (NiNi_(1),NiNi_(2)),antisite defects (VNi1,VNi2),and substitutional defects (AlNi_(2),AlNi_(1) ) have strong site preferences,as well as temperature-dependence features,on both *** features involve both redistribution of components,and phase transition from D0_(22) to L1_(2).
