摘 要:A novel composite was prepared by mixing natural rubber latex(NR)with Bombyx mori silk fibroin(SF).The antibacterial property was tested through the method of covering film on the surface of samples,and the composite was tested by UV-Vis absorption spectrum,tensile-strength measurements and dynamic mechanical *** result showed that lacteous composite had absorption in UV spectrum,and the mechanical property of composite film was about 0.8MPa,glass transition temperature reduced to-72.3℃ and flexibility modulus *** the composite had a good antibacterial effectiveness to Escherichial coli,bacteriostasis rate reached 95.3% and 90.0% after incubation for 24h and 48h.
