摘 要:Chlamydomonas is a primitive unicellar eukaryote with two flagella of equal length at its anterior end. At the root of flagella is the organella called the basal body which consists of nine triple sets of microtubules. The basal bodies are homologous to the centriole, and are the center of organizing microtubule in flagellum
