关于高等职业教育深化产教融合的思考

摘 要:深化产教融合,是高等职业教育人才培养的关键环节,对于提升学生的职业技能和职业素质具有重要作用。2014年至今,产教融合走向新时代繁荣发展阶段,党和国家关于职业教育质量发展的核心论述为新时期职业教育的提升指明了方向,坚持产教融合是高职教育改革发展的重要经验。文章从高职教育产学研结合的相关概念入手,总结了当前我国高等职业教育产教融合的存在问题,主要表现为:产教融合相关国家政策及法律尚未完善;企业参与校企合作的深度不足,且缺乏积极性;职业院校的人才培养质量与企业的实际需求并不匹配;产教融合在社会资源的整合方面仍需加强。为此,要完善相应的政策和法律框架,建立人力资源供给与需求侧的协调机制,建设产业与教育系统的共同利益体,进而推动高等职业教育的高质量发展。Deepening the industry-education integration is a key link in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education, which plays an important role in enhancing the vocational skills and vocational quality of students. From 2014 to the present, the industry-education integration is moving towards the stage of prosperity and development in the new era, and the Party and the state’s core thesis on the development of the quality of vocational education points out the direction of the enhancement of vocational education in the new period, and adherence to the industry-education integration is an important experience in the reform and development of higher vocational education. Starting from the relevant concepts of combining industry, academia and research in higher vocational education, the article summarizes the existing problems of the industry-education integration in China’s higher vocational education, which are mainly manifested as follows: the national policies and laws related to the industry-education integration have not yet been perfected;the depth of enterprises’ participation in the cooperation between schools and enterprises is insufficient and lacks enthusiasm;the quality of talent cultivation of vocational colleges and universities does not match the actual needs of enterprises;the industry-education integration still needs to be strengthened in the integration of social resources. To this end, it is necessary to improve the corresponding policies and legal frameworks, establish a coordination mechanism between the supply and demand sides of human resources, and build a body of common interests between the industry and the educat
