文旅融合背景下公共图书馆文创产品发展策略研究

摘 要:在文化与旅游的背景下,公共图书馆作为一种文化机构,具有一定的社会影响力。为满足人们日益增长的文化需求,正如火如荼地进行文化旅游产品的开发与发展,本文选取部分省级公共图书馆为研究对象,运用网络调研法与文献调研法,发现部分公共图书馆存在文创资金投入不足;文创产品创新力度不够;受体制与机制的限制等问题,根据调研数据结合案例给出公共图书馆文创产品发展对策:加大资金投入,优化资源配置;组建人才队伍,营造激励氛围;突破体制与机制束缚,激发创新活力。希望本研究为公共图书馆文创产品发展提供参考,促进其长远发展。In the context of culture and tourism, public libraries, as cultural institutions, possess a certain degree of social influence. To meet the ever-growing cultural needs of the public, the development and promotion of cultural tourism products are in full swing. This paper selects a number of provincial-level public libraries as research objects and employs online research and literature review methods to uncover issues such as insufficient investment in cultural and creative products, lack of innovation in cultural and creative products, and constraints imposed by systems and mechanisms. Based on the research data and case studies, the following strategies are proposed for the development of cultural and creative products in public libraries: increase capital investment and optimize resource allocation;build a talent team and foster an environment conducive to innovation;and break through institutional and mechanism constraints to stimulate innovation vitality. It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the development of cultural and creative products in public libraries and contribute to their long-term development.
