摘 要：Based on the analysis of the evaluations carried out in RTVUs in the past, the paper summarizes someof the valuable experiences and positive effect they exert on open and distance education in RTVU system,the quality control process, and the .improvement in educational quality. Meanwhile, it also analyses the deficiency and inadequacy in the evaluation process and puts forward some concrete suggestions and improvements for such practice later.
