摘 要:Recently,in their 2024 study,Dong et al.[1]revealed the pivotal role of neutrophils in the immune response of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)via single-cell RNA sequencing(sc RNA-seq),and identified the existence and function of a novel neutrophil subset with repair phenotype,which participates in the cardio-protection of MIRI by regulating the polarization of macrophages via *** finding not only deepens our understanding of cellular interactions within MIRI but also opens new therapeutic avenues.
