摘 要:Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease,characterized by the production of autoantibodies and the involvement of multi-systems.In order to explore its molecular mechanism,we,using bioinformatics analysis and wet lab experiments,identified two key genes in SLE patients.
