摘      要:Dear Editor,Lipids are the essential building blocks of cellular membranes and act as signaling molecules to modulate various biological processes such as membrane remodeling and intracellular organelle *** addition,lipids serve as storage forms of carbon and energy for the human diet(Suh et al.,2022).Because global consumption of plant-derived oils is estimated to reach 249 million tons by 2031,improvements in the yield of vegetable oils are urgently needed(OECD,2022).
