摘      要：Since coming to office,the Biden administration has made climate a fundamental element of US foreign policy and national security.From September 2021 to October 2022,the US Department of Defense and its subordinate Departments of the Army,Navy and Air Force issued their climate strategies successively,proposing specific goals and action paths,thus building an unprecedented set of policy systems to comprehensively address climate change.
