摘      要:针对NaOH-SiO_(2)焙烧-水浸法从白钨矿中高效提取钨进行了研究。首先,对NaOH-SiO_(2)焙烧分解白钨矿热力学进行了分析,结果表明在该焙烧条件下CaWO_(4)转化成Na_(2)WO_(4)和Na_(2)CaSiO_(4)从热力学角度是可行的;其次,研究了焙烧分解与水浸工艺参数对提取钨的影响,在Na_(2)O与WO_(3)摩尔比为2.2、SiO_(2):WO_(3)摩尔比为1、焙烧温度为700℃、焙烧时间2 h的条件下,通过控制液固比为3.2:1、水浸温度为80℃、浸出4 h后,钨的浸出率达到99.33%,浸出渣含钨为0.71%。进一步的物相分析表明,在NaOH-SiO_(2)焙烧过程中,白钨矿中的CaWO_(4)高效转化成Na_(2)CaSiO_(4)和Na_(2)WO_(4)。本研究结果为白钨矿采用火法高效提取钨提供了新路径。
